Christian Wolfe is a counselor and psychotherapist in Minnesota. Caritas in Veritate Counseling integrates psychological sciences with charity and truth inspired by the Catholic Tradition. He has extensive experience in counseling for a wide variety of issues, all aiming for one's flourishing. Wolfe's role is to help others explore thoughts, feelings, and the whole self, develop insights, and work toward positive changes in life and relationships. Wolfe is grateful to offer professional counseling and psychotherapy integrated with the Catholic Tradition and Christian spirituality for those who desire it.

Christian Wolfe holds a Master of Science in Counseling (2020) from Divine Mercy University, a singularly unique program that integrates the psychological sciences with a Catholic view of the human person. Wolfe earned a Master of Arts in Pastoral Ministry (2019) from the Saint Paul Seminary (SPS) School of Divinity at the University of St. Thomas and a Post-baccalaureate Certificate in Addiction Studies (2017) from the University of Minnesota. He received executive training on Fundamentals of Strategy from the Harvard Extension School (2011) and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Creighton University (1991).
Wolfe's experience spans adolescent, adult, child, and group therapies in clinical, home, and group home settings. Wolfe is EMDR-trained (eye-movement desensitization reprocessing therapy). He's advanced trained in Motivational Interviewing to promote sustainable change and trained in field trauma from the Green Cross Academy for Traumatology.

Wolfe's clinical work serves individuals of various backgrounds to navigate challenges with relationships, depression, anxiety, obsessions and compulsions, trauma and stress, unwanted sexual issues, and substance-related and process addictions like gaming and social media. He also serves individuals discerning their vocation including the priesthood, religious vocation, marriage, family, singleness, and career. Wolfe facilitated and lectured on human formation and pastoral issues for educators and prospective clergy, special topics in the parish setting toward human flourishing, and mental health and addiction treatment organizations.

He is an active member of the Catholic Psychotherapy Association and active in parish life.

Before counseling, Wolfe was an international advertising and marketing executive for some of the world's most recognized brands and agencies. He lived coast-to-coast in the United States and overseas in Beijing, London, New Delhi, Shanghai, and Tokyo, extensively traveling worldwide and working in and among myriad cultural contexts. Wolfe led innovation-driven organizations in the United States, Europe, China, India, and Japan and managed multinational brands across North, Central, and South America, EMEA, and Asia Pacific. He's served the homeless at Catholic Charities and Don't Walk By and the poor and the orphaned in Mexico and South Africa. Wolfe rarely shies from retelling God's transformative and merciful love in restoring and reordering his life.
