I received my Masters and Doctoral degrees in Clinical Psychology from the Institute for Psychological Sciences in Arlington, VA, in 2011 and 2015 respectively. My training included special emphasis on the integration of Psychology and Theology. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts and Theology from Franciscan University of Steubenville. I am currently a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in the state of Arizona and have training in Sensorimotor therapy.
I have experience working with children, adolescents, families, and adults, and currently focus my work with adults. I work with a variety of issues including but not limited to anxiety, trauma, life-transitions, relationship struggles, burnout, identity issues, grief, parenting and family issues, career issues, and faith/spiritual issues. I also have a background in both ministry and organizational consulting and coaching. I love working with leaders, groups and individuals to improve communication, collaboration, and both individual and organizational internal health.
