At the heart of my work is a simple belief: life is both beautiful and challenging—and we’re called to engage fully with both.

My mission, and the mission of my company, Summit & Flow Counseling and Mental Performance Center LLC, is to walk alongside people as they build resilience, reconnect with what matters most, and move toward a life rooted in meaning, truth, and freedom. Drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and grounded in a Catholic understanding of the human person, I help individuals clarify their values and take committed action—so they can live not just reactively, but purposefully, even in the face of suffering.

My ideal client is you—the student-athlete striving to balance performance and identity, the young adult navigating life transitions and deeper questions, or the man wrestling with pressure, silence, and self-doubt. You might feel anxious or stuck. Maybe you’re exhausted from trying to hold it all together, unsure of who you are beyond what you achieve. You’re not just seeking to manage symptoms—you’re searching for clarity, direction, and a way of life that reflects who God created you to be.

That’s where I come in. Not to fix you—but to accompany you. To provide a space where you can be honest, explore your story, and grow in freedom. Together, we can take practical, values-based steps toward the kind of person you’re called to become. Therapy isn’t a detour from faith—it can be a path of integration, healing, and grace. If you’re ready to move forward with courage and intention, I’m here to walk with you.
