Jeff completed his clinical internship under the supervision of Catholic Psychotherapy Association member Dr. Timothy Lock at the Goretti Center for Healing and Forgiveness in Brookfield, CT.  He completed his residency at Revelations Counseling & Consulting in Fredericksburg, VA.  He received his EMDR training through Catholic Psychotherapy Association members Jennifer Madere and Michelle Browning.  Jeff earned an MA in counseling from Liberty University, and an MA in theology from St. Joseph's Seminary, Dunwoodie.
