I am a bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania, also nationally certified. I hold a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Pastoral Counseling from Holy Family University. My approach to healing integrates academic, psychological, and spiritual perspectives, emphasizing dignity as children of a loving God. Influenced by my identity, faith, and love of existentialism, I practice Logotherapy, helping others discover meaning and purpose. I also employ Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Focused CBT to assist individuals in rediscovering their identities. My experiences in multicultural settings and belief in God’s grace contribute significantly to healing and growth. I am committed to providing empathetic support in faith-based environments, fostering holistic well-being. I am a counselor with the Rachel's Vineyard and Grief to Grace Team, which offers healing for individuals who have experienced child loss, as well as those who have suffered sexual, physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual abuse.
