Description:
This facilitation workshop is an opportunity to experience a Living Scripture Exercise. These unique sensory-based meditations, reflections, and rituals integrate emotional, psychological, somatic, and spiritual dimensions. This combination also provides powerful moments of social connection, empathy, recognition, and insight with the goal of helping our clients explore their traumatic wounds, fears, and conflicts from multiple perspectives.
You will be invited to participate in a group process which will demonstrate somatic approaches such as body sculptures and group facilitation grounding techniques. Body sculptures are an effective way to safely explore traumatic memories within the body without the need for language.
